Fort Hood
Skeet and Trap Club is located on the largest Army base in the World : Fort Hood, Texas.
We have 3 skeet fields with 2 trap
overlays and also run a 5 stand on one skeet field. We are open Thursday
and every weekend (Except Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New
Years Eve or New Years Day) from 10AM to 5PM in the Winter and 9AM to 4PM
during Daylight Savings Time.
We hold several NSSA registered Skeet shoots and
ATA registered Trap shoots each year, as well as several fun shoots. See Event Schedule above.

From Waco
– IH35 to Kileen exit (US190); west on US190 until you reach the
MAIN GATE at Fort
Hood; continue
straight until you dead end into RANGE Rd; turn left for ¼
mile to the Sportsman’s Center entrance; Skeet range is behind the
Center.
From Austin
– Take TX195 from IH35 thru Florence
to US190; go west to MAIN GATE at Fort Hood;
continue straight until you dead end into RANGE Rd; turn left for ¼
mile to the Sportsman’s Center entrance; Skeet range is behind the
Center.
